Raspberry Almond Butter Hemp Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 2 Bananas ripe, medium-large
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoon Almond Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Hemp
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Rinse the raspberries and chop up the bananas. Place in the freezer for a few hours till frozen, or overnight.
  2. Throw everything into the blender, and blend till smooth. Pour into glasses, and sprinkle with additional hemp for added crunch (optional). Serve immediately and enjoy!
