Add cashews, frozen banana chunks, oats, dates, almond milk, ice cubes, cinnamon, and salt to a high-powered blender. Blend till smooth. Add small amounts of milk at a time to thin out the smoothie to your desired thickness.
Pour into glasses, and top with cacao nibs and chopped cashews. Enjoy!

*If you don't have a high speed blender, you may need to add more milk, and/or stir around the mixture periodically to assist it in blending.
